The Worlds 2014 is proud to present Albannach Food and Drink Festival – a contemporary Flavour of Scotland. If you love food, make a beeline for the Albannach marquee, in the Flavour of Scotland Food Village, for a full day of live cookery demonstrations celebrating Scottish food and drink.

Jonathan Honeyman - The Aberfoyle Butcher

The Aberfoyle Butcher gives a no-holds barred demonstration of what exactly goes into traditional haggis and how it's made, and tells us why we should all be championing Scottish meat.

Self-confessed ‘cheese geek’ and Roving Fromagier Phoebe Weller will argue and prove (by taste of course!) that Scottish cheese is as good if not better than cheeses from around the world.

They say the best things in life are free, and Scotland's only full time foraging tutor will prove it. In an interactive talk, Mark Williams of Galloway Wild Foods will showcase Scotland's wild larder, demonstrating how to eat and drink like royalty from our indigenous plants, fungi and seaweed.
