Tickets for The Worlds 2012 will go on sale on 10 April at 9am.  Tickets will be available online from this page, via 0141 353 8000 and in person at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, 2 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3NY.

Once again we will offer two different types of ticket – Grade 1 and General Admission.  Gates will open for all ticket holders at 7.30am.  Please note that it is advisable to book in advance as Grade 1 tickets are likely to sell out before the day and General Admission tickets are cheaper if bought in advance.
 

Guest Hospitality Packages

These special packages give the holder access to the exclusive guest marquee and guest parking, as well as an a la carte fork buffet and afternoon tea. They include a reserved Grade 1 arena seat, ensuring the best possible view of the competitive action in the afternoon. For the morning qualifiers specially reserved seating will be available.  Tickets are £149 per person. 

Grade 1 Tickets

Gives access to Glasgow Green from when the gates open at 7.30am and a reserved seat from 12.30pm for the finals session.  Grade 1 tickets are available for £25 and no concessions are available.  Wheelchair spaces can be booked, please indicate your requirements when booking.

General Admission

Gives access to the whole of Glasgow Green, including the Glasgow World Highland Games, Highland Dancing competition and Kids Zone. As in 2011, it will also give access to the unreserved seating, available for the morning qualifiers session only, starting at 9am.  Full price tickets are £10 and concessions £6Family tickets are available for two adults and up to three children (please select five tickets when booking, no matter what your party size) at £24.

Concessions

The following concessions apply to general admission tickets only: carers go free (also applicable to Grade 1), aged 60 or over, full time student, benefit recipients, Glasgow Young Scot Card or Kidz Card holders, National Entitlement Card (for disabled people) and disabled persons railcard. Please note that there are no concessions available for Grade 1 tickets (except carers go free).
